The day before be sure to drink water, NO ALCOHOL etc. Work will begin that evening via distance. Be sure to avoid alcohol or drugs and relax. Keep a note as to how you slept or any unusual activity.
Day of session please be sure to wear white or light colors (no black; loose cl0thing is fine), no caffeine 3 hrs prior. Avoid all alcohol and intimacy afterwards.

You must drink lots of water. Please follow all instructions given at the time of service. YOU are responsible for your own actions and care afterward. You are a divine being so treat yourself as such. Avoid all alcohol and intimacy afterward. Plan to rest the next day as much as possible. You are responsible for follow-up the next day with Rocio or as indicated. You do not want to have to repeat any process again that is unnecessary. Follow-up care can be done with items from the shop.

If you are unable to make your appointment, please call. Rocio requests 24 hours in advance due to preparation which begins the night prior and up to the moment when you are seen.
Once again deposits are non-refundable for groups... you can reschedule.
