The day before be sure to drink water, NO ALCOHOL etc. Work will begin that evening via distance. Be sure to avoid alcohol or drugs and relax. Keep a note as to how you slept or any unusual activity.
Day of session please be sure to wear white or light colors (no black; loose clothing is fine), no caffeine 3 hrs prior. Avoid all alcohol and intimacy afterward. Healthy foods are preferable.

You must drink lots of water. Please follow all instructions given at the time of service. YOU are responsible for your own actions and care afterward. You are a divine being so treat yourself as such. Avoid all alcohol and intimacy afterward. Plan to rest the next day as much as possible. You are responsible for follow-up the next day with Rocio or as indicated. You do not want to have to repeat any process again that is unnecessary. Follow-up care can be done with items from the shop as well.
