Awakening Voices For Teens
This is art and spirit for teens. This is a safe online class for teens (age10 & up with permissions of a parent) who are learning to find their spiritual voice. This is a non-religious creative art and sound class that aims to foster self-discovery, emotional healing, creativity, and literacy skills, as well as releasing fears, in a holistic, immersive environment. They will learn to empower themselves and find their strengths for their journey in life. Opportunities for classes in-person as well as private sessions or groups, may be offered as announced or requested through FB or Instagram or our private group.
Awakening Visions For Adults
This program invites adults to explore their inner worlds through creative arts, spiritual practices, and sound therapy, fostering self-discovery, emotional healing, and spiritual growth. Exploration with cacao and or flower tinctures is part of this journey. It is a great way to relax and meet others as well. You do NOT have to be Picasso to do this, you simply want to have fun. All genders are invited. This is in=person; private group requests are available.
