Sessions may include ritual, reflection, integration, and between‑session practices. These are essential parts that simply assist the process. You will leave with tools to use. While the intention is NOT to keep you coming back, releasing can require a few sessions, but YOU are the one who decides what you need.
Integration Is Non‑Negotiable
You must be willing to create intentional space after sessions — sometimes a day, sometimes a weekend — to rest, release, and let the work settle. During this time, please avoid seeking additional healings or readings from others. Your system needs space to anchor what has opened.
Because YOU ARE a Sacred Being, this work deserves room to breathe — and so do you. You are never left without support; group workshops are always available as gentle alternatives.

We begin with a free video meet because sometimes the session is not needed, or as extensive or even as you have been told it is and can be resolved with a simple solution. This can be a blend of various practices depending on your situation. This session is no less powerful than any other on this web. Set your intention.

Your body and DNA already carries all information of what you need to heal. We will work with visualization, meditation and spiritual connection to your ancestors for healing and re-writing stories as well as repatterning.
This will create a physical, emotional and spiritual shift as we explore and create a sacred space for honoring and releasing energies.
