It asks for presence, honesty, commitment, and a genuine willingness to engage with yourself beyond comfort or limitation. The process may involve reflection, ritual, integration practices, and assigned work between sessions that are essential to the journey.

Please be aware that I use a blend of Peruvian, African and Meshica traditions apart from energetic work.
